Thats a nice looking portafilter just begging to be tamped. Watching it pour and seeing the results makes it worth it.


It was a nice shot, a five day old Brazilian with approx 35% Harar content; it caught Evan's eye and he wanted to be part of the action. Not a very flattering photo, it looks like he needed an espresso. ;-)
