Here's a nice espresso blend recommended by one of the coffee geeks I pay attention to. It's a three bean blend of Brazilian Moreninha Formosa (taken to FC+), Sumatran Blue Batak (taken to FC+) and Ethiopian DP Sidamo (taken close to Vienna) in a 50/20/30 split; all roasted separately and post-roast blended. Roasted three days ago it's still a bit fresh but it should be a rockin' good shot in another 2-3 days. Unless it tones down a bit this one's not for the faint of heart as an espresso but should work through milk really well.
I'm looking forward to doing exactly that tomorrow morning.
